This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website.
What this website collects
Nothing. This website has no database and does not store your details.
When you fill in the booking form, your answers stay inside your own phone or computer. The form only prepares a WhatsApp message for you. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. If you close the page without sending, we never see anything you typed.
Our website host keeps basic records of visits, such as the time and the internet address the visit came from. That is normal for any website and we do not use it to identify anyone.
What we receive when you contact us
When you send the WhatsApp message, or call us, or send an email, we receive whatever you chose to send. That is usually your name, your phone number, the service you want, the size of the place, the area, the address and the date you prefer.
We use it only to reply to you, to give you a price, and to do the work.
Who else sees it
WhatsApp carries your message, so WhatsApp and the company that owns it handle it the way they handle any message sent on their service.
The cleaners doing your job are told the address, the date and what needs doing, because they cannot do the work otherwise.
We do not sell your information and we do not give it to anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and your booking details for as long as we need them for your job and for our own records afterwards. If you ask us to delete them, we will, unless there is a reason we are required to keep something.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies to follow you or to advertise to you.
Your rights
Under Nigerian data protection law you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will reply.
Changes to this page
We will update this page if the way we handle your information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
